An enterprise Xeon compute card, engineered for AI infrastructure.

The Datafabrix Xeon Server Card is an enterprise-grade compute node built around the latest Intel Xeon processors. Eight DDR5 DIMM slots, multiple PCIe expansion connectors, integrated ASPEED BMC for out-of-band management, and datacenter-standard I/O — engineered as the compute complement to our Gen4 Fabric Backplane.

The card is the foundation for five Datafabrix Xeon-based solutions: AI Inference Server, DCIM Appliance, Edge Datacenter Node, Storage Controller Node, and Management Server.

Enterprise-grade LGA socket for Intel Xeon Scalable processors. Supports multi-core, hyper-threaded configurations for demanding compute, storage-controller, and inference workloads.

DDR5 Memory Subsystem

Eight DDR5 DIMM slots (4 per side of the CPU) with error-correcting code (ECC) support. High memory bandwidth for large in-memory workloads, storage caching, and AI inference model residency.

Multiple PCIe expansion slots for accelerators, high-speed NICs, storage controllers, or connection to the DF-B4 fabric backplane. Configurable lane bifurcation.
