We collect information you provide when you contact us, request a demo, or apply for a pilot. This includes name, email, company, and message content.
2. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, coordinate engineering or commercial conversations, and improve our products and platform.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only with service providers under contract who are bound by confidentiality.
4. Telemetry from deployed products
When the Datafabrix platform is deployed in a customer environment, telemetry data is collected only under the contractual terms agreed with that customer. Customer telemetry remains the property of the customer.
